A stunning newly built beachfront villa, in the peaceful seaside area of Lachania, just south of Gennadi which offers a beautiful holiday house all on one level. Designed and decorated by a well-respected local artist, Seashore Villa combines a gorgeous location just 70 meters from the long sandy beach with stylish accommodation, fitted out mainly in white, with marble bathrooms and carefully chosen artifacts to ensure a superb experience. Three bedrooms, two shower rooms (one en suite) combined with an indoor/outdoor living/dining room with a well-equipped kitchen. The pool, just between the villa and the beach with a separated shallow pool section, offers open sea views. The lovely pool terrace also offers shade from a pergola which gives privacy from an adjacent property. In addition, the side terrace boasts a Hot Tub, for wonderful moments of relaxation whilst enjoying the beautiful view. For those who crave a peaceful, rural beachside location, but like very stylish surroundings, Seashore Villa will not disappoint.
