A beautiful penthouse in the heart of Varkiza with a superb sea view. Spacious apartment for 4 people with beautiful decoration and fully equipped. The apartment has 2 bedrooms, a kitchen, a living room, a bathroom and an exclusive use of a 40 sq.m. terrace.

The apartment is located in a privileged location as it is only 20 minutes from the airport, 5 minutes from the nearest organized beach in Varkiza, 5 minutes from the fully organized market of Varkiza (Supermarket, Cafes, Hairdressers, Cinema, etc.) and 30 minutes from the center of Athens.
