For the smooth operation of our studios and, most importantly, for the safety and comfort of all our guests, the following rules and guidelines apply: 1)All apartments operate with a key card system. Guests are responsible for the proper use of the card. In case of loss, damage, or misuse, a replacement fee will apply. 2)We are here to ensure you have a pleasant stay. Should you have any special requests or experience any issues during your stay, please contact us immediately so we can assist you. 3)In accordance with common practice in Greece, toilet paper must not be flushed. Please use the bin provided next to the toilet.Also we provide one complimentary roll of toilet paper after that you have to buy 4)White towels must not be used for removing makeup, cleaning sunscreen, or as bathmats. Stained towels will incur a replacement charge. A mop and bucket are provided for cleaning purposes. 5)As per Greek regulations, quiet hours are observed between 23:00 and 07:00. We kindly ask all guests to respect this rule. 6)The premises are insured for registered guests only. As a private property, entry is permitted solely to those listed on the reservation. Unauthorized visitors are strictly prohibited. If such a situation arises, the authorities will be notified immediately. 7)A full version of our rules and policies is available inside your studio for your reference. We thank you in advance for your cooperation and wish you a pleasant stay.
