Syvota Epirus Apartment is a newly built, and luxurious apartment that has been designed with every detail for guests to feel at home. Upon entering the outdoor doorway, you enter the main indoor open plan living area. In this space are the fully equipped kitchen, dining table, lounge area, and luxurious bathroom with shower. Via internal staircase on the upper level of the apartment is the double bedroom with plenty of storage space and a loft-style design overlooking the ground level of the apartment. In the living area, the sofa can be organized to be set up as a double sofa bed for two additional guests. The apartment has a private balcony overlooking the main town of Syvota.

Το διαμερισμα βρισκεται στο κεντρο του χωριου ,στην κεντρικη πλατεια..ακριβως διπλα υπαρχει σουπερ μαρκετ και κρεοπωλειο και καφετεριες...σε τρια λεπτα με τα ποδια βρισκει κανεις αρτοπωλειο και ζαχαροπλαστειο ενω σε πεντε λεπτα με τα ποδια βρισκεται στο λιμανι του χωριου .Οι πιο πολλες παραλιες δεν απεχουν παραπανω απο πεντε λεπτα με το αυτοκινητο..Το διαμερισμα εχει ιδιωτικο πάρκινγκ.
