Property information

New apartment located in a very safe and decent neighborhood ideal for families or for guests who do not want to be in the middle of the noisy downtown. The apartment is 100 sq in two floors. In one floor is located a very nice living room with the kitchen and two bedrooms with a bathroom. In the second floor there is another bedroom with a bathroom and the exit to the wonderful terrace where you can relax and enjoy the open air view. There is a parking space while the home is located approximately 400 m (5 min walking) away from the biggest Shopping Mall of the South area of Athens (Metro Mall) and from the metro station of Agios Dimitrios.

Neighbourhood information

The property is located in a very safe and nice residential area of Athens. The home is situated in a pedestrian area of an urban area while it is located 400m away from the metro station of Agios Dimitrios and the Metro Mall. From Agios Dimitrios Acropolis is just 5 stops in less than 12 min!! At the same time Elliniko metro is just 4 stops and from there you can easily take various buses and be in 15 min to the nicest beaches!
