My goal is to provide a Comfortable, Luxury, and Exceptional Staying for my Guests, while they have access everywhere in Sophia's apartment, as well as to the garden. This exceptional apartment is not the only one that I manage. I managed also with proven high performing outcomes three more apartments: Anna's Apartment, Cuban Design Loft and Minimal Aesthetic in the same area and facility.

Property information

Brand New apartment (42 square meters area) is located in Fourka's beach -next to the provincial street of Paliouri/Afytos- and in the Ground Floor. This Apt comes with 1Bedroom, 1Bath, Living Room, Kitchen and Balcony with view in the yard. Everything inside this stylish apartment is brand new (furniture and appliances) and its decoration proves host's passion and love to this we call 'Philoxenia'.

Neighbourhood information

The ground floor apartment is located in Fourka's beach, in a green environment, next to the provincial street Paliouriou-Afytou and across the street Supermarket "ΚΡΗΤΙΚΟΣ".
