Our Villa is renovated with the highest standards that you very rarely find if you try to rent a house. And this is enough to make the property of a supreme class. But what makes the villa stand out from the rest, is the distance to the beach. A private clean, sandy, and warm beach that you can swim any time of the day or even night. The distance is so close that you can go swimming with a few steps and then come back for sunbathing to the villa's garden! You don't even have to carry drinking water with you at the beach. It is so close that every time you feel thirsty you can visit one of the villa's refrigerators in seconds!
Our Villa was built and renovated for our family. There was not any compromise when we chose materials or appliances. We wanted the best for ourselves. The best TV, the best SPA, the best air conditioning, etc. Our family is used to always using the latest technologies in our living place and upgrading anytime that is possible. We want to welcome our guests, hoping that they will enjoy our villa as much as we do and all the amenities we offer help their stay to be unforgettable.
Our Villa is next to the beach about 100 meters from the Beach Bar and the organized beach. Very close to our Villa is Private Marina Lavriou, with many options for shopping, coffee shops, etc. The village of Lavrio is only 5 km away and you can find almost anything you want from shopping or entertainment. One of the best open-air cinemas in Greece is located in Lavrio Center. Many nice restaurants in the area like 1. Sirtaki 2. Koutsi katsika 3. O Foros 4. Akroyali 5. Theodoros and Eleni at Legrena 6. The six different restaurants at Cape Sounio Grecotel 5-star Resort Hotel etc. But the main reason we enjoy the area is that you feel, you live and you breathe like one of the most beautiful Aegean Islands, while at the same time, you are only 35 min driving from the Athens Center!
