It is a small family business, currently for sale.

Neighbourhood information

There are not any grocery stores , clinics ,hospitals in walking distance. Only a few coffee shops/snack food restaurants on the beach. The beach is in walking distance and you can find a spot to sit, have your own food and drinks. A small hiking path into the maple tree small woods is nearby.
