    “Το σπίτι είναι ιδανικό για μια οικογένεια με 1 ή 2 παιδιά, είναι πολύ άνετο και ζεστό. Βρίσκεται 5 λεπτά με τα πόδια από τον Μύλο των ξωτικών και 15 περίπου λεπτά από το κέντρο των Τρικάλων. Η κ. Λίτσα είναι παραπάνω από εξυπηρετική!”

Property information

The apartment is located at a quiet neighborhood of Trikala and you need to walk five minute to visit the theme park "Mill of the Elves". It is consisted of two bedrooms. One has a double bed and the other two singles. There is a living room with a dining table, a bathroom and an area with a fridge, gas cooker, f and toaster. Regarding the heating, there is a natural gas installation. I would also like to point out that the apartment is located at the 1st floor of the building and you can use only stairs. Regarding the parking, it is very easy because the specific neighborhood is very quiet and someone can park their car right below the apartment. It should be noted that right below there is an oven, coffee machine and mini market.
