Stefanos Home, a lovely property with two apartments, nestles discreetly in the picturesque area of Katelios. Surrounded by a grand landscaped private area, it is privileged with peace and tranquility, yet it is in close proximity to the beach as well as restaurants and shops. Lush vegetation, a variety of trees and flowers, an organic vegetable garden, and a small animal farm, complete this unique scenery. There is also a built-in BBQ with an outdoor kitchen and an alfresco dining area, as well as shaded lounge areas perfect for you to enjoy dinner or cocktails with friends during the summer evenings.
Katelios is a picturesque fish village in south Kefalonia, just 8km from Skala Resort. You can find everything within walking distance, mini markets, cafes, and restaurants. The beach is only 1km away. Although the basic needs are covered within walking distance, we recommend renting a car to explore the island. There is a bus stop and a little public square outside our house.
