The villa is in the area of Melissaki, 10 minutes by car from the Port of the island. The house is in a complex with 8 other houses, each one with its own swimming pool and completely independent. Only 60 meters from the villa is a small bay with a platform, where you can dive straight into the crystal clear water and enjoy a refreshing swim. The villa was completely renovated in 2020 and has had an extra guest house added. Outside the villa there is a large terrace with a sea water swimming pool with sunbeds and two umbrellas. Overlooking the pool is the new guest house with a double bed and a sofa bed with an en-suite bathroom. Outside the living room (1st floor)is a large shaded area with a dining table for 8 people with a BBQ. Description of Main house: Three levels. The first floor, which is close to the BBQ area has a living room with a fireplace and a dining area. The living room has two balconies (one with a 2nd dining area) both with sea views. Near the living room is the kitchen and a guest w.c. On the 2nd floor is a bedroom (two single beds) with an en-suite bathroom with a hand held shower (no enclosure). Melisaki is a residential area. The port of Kea, which has 3 supermarkets, 2 bakeries, a fishmonger, a butchers shop, an ice cream parlor, some clothes shops, ATM's, cafes, bars and restaurants is only an 8 minutes drive from the house. The picturesque marina of Vourkari, well known with the yachting crowd is 10 minutes from the house, there you can find some well known fish restaurants /tavernas, cafes and bars/clubs. The house has a small bay with rock platforms only 1 one minute walk from the house. The beautiful sandy beach of Xyla is 5 minutes by car.
