A unique apartment, 30 sq.m. , 3rd floor, overlooking the sunset, ideal for 2 people. Kept minimal but at the same time fully equipped, it has a kitchen, bedroom - living room, bathroom and balcony. Suitable both for summer destination, as its distance from the sea is only 30 meters, and for winter, as it has a fully functional fireplace.

Malaki is a quiet settlement, 14 km east of the city of Volos. Its unique location stands out as the residential complex, built at the foot of South Pelion is at the same time just 30 meters from the sea. Ideal location to be used both for local tourism (Agria, Lechonia, Afyssos, Gatzea), and as a base for short getaways throughout Pelion (Horefto, Agios Ioannis, Mylopotamos, Potistika, Paltsi etc).
