The apartment (95 Square Meters) is located in the town of Spata next to Athens International Airport. It has been fully renovated and equipped on February 2025 and now we are ready to serve our guests. We will be more than happy to organise your transfers or tours in Athens. There is public parking spaces outside the property. The apartment also provides a fireplace. The local area is quiet and safe, basically occupied by families and business. Local shops restaurants, bars , and shopping mall is available close to the apartment There are two large balconies in the apartment where the guests can enjoy from your morning coffee, until your dinner or drinks. Ideal for travellers, group of friends or families.
The owner company s locally based and It is operating business on hospitality more than 40 years. It. is owning more apartments in the area and the business goal is to focus on quality hospitality services around the Athens Airport.
