Sunset Bay is a modern luxurious villa, fully renovated in January 2023. It is situated in a perfect location combining both the privacy of an exclusive resort as well as the easy access to a popular beach with all the facilities.
I am enjoying communicating with people while offering them a home-away-from-home experience.
Drosia, where the villa is located is a residential suburb of Chalcis, a ten minute drive from the city center. There are several restaurants and shops within walking distance. It is a very quiet and sparsely populated neighborhood.
