Just some minutes away from Paroikia, only 3 Km, you will reach the calm area of Agia Eirini hill where the elegant, luxury, Sunset Villa 1 is. Amazing view for relaxation and pleasant holidays, in contrast of the “noisy” Paroikia Sunset Villa 1 has a very comfortable living room and fully equipped kitchen. In the three bedrooms can accommodate 7 people. Two bedrooms with king-size bed, one bedroom with two single beds and two bathrooms. Outside there is a big common swimming pool and a smaller one for kids. Also sun loungers for your sunbathing, three different outdoor seats and a large dining area to enjoy your privacy watching the view with your family and friends
Around 600m from the house is located the beach of Agia Eirini and very close to this the Palm Beach, both of them are considered the most beautiful beaches of Paros. In a distance of 2200m is the the Parasporos Beach a little further is Faragas Beach. Agia Eirini is a location with mostly private Villas away from noisy touristic locations. Agia Eirini and more specific The house has the most beautiful sunset in Paros.
