My villa is a stone built house located in the seafront , 20 m above the sea level, offering spectacular views of Koundouros gulf and spectacular sunsets towards cape Sounio. It is tastefully decorated and offers guests all they could wish for an enjoyable and relaxing atmosphere. The closest beach is 50m from the front door while there are more options in walking distance.

Kea or Tzia, is one of the closest islands to Athens. Kea is not a tourist island and has therefore kept its original charm. The ferry departs from the port of Lavrio and it is only one hour to get to the port of Kea, Korissia. There are three to four ferry boats going to and from the island every day. The villa is located to Koundouros area, in the south west part of the island. The area is very well protected from the summer strong north winds meltemia’
