At the village of Kanouli beach we created TETRAKTYS ESTATE. Is a family owned set of 3spacious & fully equipped apartments. 1.700sqm garden surrounding the Villa blending a variety of trees, flowers & roses. You can have sports, activities & plenty of time to relax in a 1.700sqm area, for all family members. Less than 80 meters away from us you can enjoy the sandy beach, WELCOME... !!! WiFi is free of charge. Each apartment have and washing machine. Fully equipped kitchen: (Refrigerator, Electric Oven, cooking facilities, electrical appliances, dining area, etc). The parking the basketball area & all the garden at the left of that, about ~1000sqm are for all of our guests plus the bbq. The backyard front of ground floor apartment (ΥΔΩΡ) & the pergola is only for the (ΥΔΩΡ) apartment. The bbq is open until 21.00 o clock. Please avoid running and hitting the floor, doors, or mosquito net inside the house, especially children. Respect the quiet hours & in general, refrain from making noise that could disturb the neighbors downstairs. Please keep the house clean during your stay and upon checkout, just as you received it at checkin. Bath towels are for hands, face & body only & not for the floor or beach towels please. Any damage that occurs should be reported immediately please, not at check-out, so there is enough time to replace it for our next guest please.

Located 80m of the sandy Beach, apartment (ΑΗΡ) is a spacious big and colorful 1st floor home for you, with a living room, a comfortable bedrooms & a fully equipped kitchen one bathroom and one wc. The front big balcony (20sqm) offers a large space for taking your meals, relaxing with a tea, coffee, a freshly squeezed juice, a beer or a glass of wine. The garden is embracing the whole space with its calm and relaxed atmosphere. The location is suitable for those in search to be far enough from the city and busy resorts buzz, but close enough to everything that you may need throughout your staying (3.5km for us is the village Agios Mattheos). It's really a place where you forget the notion of time, enjoying every single moment of the day and night, Breathing the cleanest air. The sea in Kanouli beach have the purest and the most refreshing, crystal clear water that you can find. The part of the field that is next to the sea has been fenced off and closed for safety. Each room has a chair to open your suitcase on. Please do not put your suitcase on the bed. Mattresses and indoor furniture should not be removed from inside the house. After the beach, please you must use the outdoor showers in the yard to rinse off. This will help keep the the house free of sand. The windows and the doors always have mosquito net or be closed. Basketball schedule : 11.00-12.30 & 18.00-20.00 o clock. When you leave from your apartment close the open electrical devices, such as the kitchen & air condition. The beds are prepared based on the number of guests in the reservation. For example, 1guest equals 1bed. Throw away the trash at checkout. One day before your departure, we will inspect the apartment together to ensure everything is in order and there are no damages.
