TETTIX is located in Tselentata, a scenic village northwest of Kefallonia, 2 km from Fiskardo. There are two independent residences with different entrances on the site. TETTIX is a two-storey, traditional architecture house with an internal wooden staircase. It consists of 4 bedrooms, two of which have a double bed (1,60 x 2,00) and the other two have two single beds (0,80 x 2,00) with the possibility of becoming double beds. On the first floor there is a fully equipped kitchen, a dining room, a living room with sofas and a TV, a bedroom with a double bed, a bathroom and access to a large veranda with a spectacular view. On the second floor, there are the other three bedrooms, a bathroom, a large terrace and a balcony. At home, you will find a hair dryer, an iron, a beach umbrella, a transportable beach fridge, essentials (towels, soap, toilet paper). The house has air conditioning, wi-fi and free private parking. Change of linen and cleaning is done every three days. Contact us by e-mail for any questions you may have. Upon your arrival, we will be there to welcome you and show you the house.
TETTIX = An ancient Greek word meaning "cicada". It was born from the sound produced by cicadas.
TETTIX is located in Tselentata, a scenic village northwest of Kefallonia, 2 km from Fiskardo. It is built on a verdant slope of cypress trees and olive trees. From here you admire the seaside canal between Kefalonia and Ithaca. In Tselentata you have the opportunity to walk past the old paths of the village and see elements of the architectural tradition of the area. Traditional tavernas, restaurants, bars, sweet shops and supermarkets are located a short distance to Fiskardo or Magganos.To get to Foki beach you just have to go down the road from TETTIX. He will understand that he arrived when he encounters a bay full of cypress trees and olive trees. The bay offers protection from the wind and it is safe for young children to swim there.Following the path to the right of the beach, you reach a beautiful cave where you can dive from different levels. For those who want to taste local delicacies, the tavern that works close to the beach is the perfect supplement to a busy day.
