Antico mulino ad acqua ristrutturato nel 2020 e trasformato in una villa esclusiva con 1 camera ,sala , bagno con box doccia ed amplia terrazza e portico in stile greco con BBQ tavolo e splendida vista mare con gli spettacolari tramonti di Zia. Parcheggio di propietà esterno gratuito. Si accede alla villa tramite una piccola via privata a meno di 100 mt. dal centro di Zia ed è situata in posizione molto tranquilla ed ideale per il vostro relax. Tutti i nostri ospiti possono inoltre richiedere un nostro trasferimento da aeroporto a nostra propietà in arrivo su richiesta considerando che la via dove si trova la propietà non si trova su google map ( no aggiornato). Si tratta di una via privata a fondo chiuso.

Zia è un piccolo villaggio a 400 mt. di altezza in un ambiente straordinario tra montagna e vista mare distante solo alcuni chilometri. Da qui potrai scegliere tra trekking, gite a cavallo ,spiaggia o gite sulle nostre barche con tour giornalieri o periodi più lunghi.
