The main building is a 135 sqm, 3-storey, stone tower. It is surrounded by a 2.000 sqm beautiful garden with a long variety of trees, 2 patios and small lounging areas here and there. At the back side there is an orchard. There is parking space for 5-8 cars. In the ground floor there is the living room, the kitchen and the dinning room. The spaces are openly connected and have access to the patio and the garden. A small WC serves the floor. The first floor has two private bedrooms; the Blue Room and the Purple Room. A bathroom with a shower serves the floor. The semi-basement floor has one private bedroom, the Star Room, and one semi-private bedroom, the Green Room. The Green Room has a big arch entrance closing with heavy curtains.A bathroom with shower serves the floor. The overall sleeping system is by Cocomat. The garden has direct access to a beautiful and quiet beach. PLEASE KEEP IN MIND, that although we very much welcome children in our house, the property has patios and terraces in considerable height, as well as stone stairs. Young children are advised to be under supervision. The Beach House, is ideal for professional who work remote and would love to combine work with pleasure and relaxation in this serene set-up. We operate Starlink, so rest assured that you will be able to work unbothered under the breeze of the trees. Last but not least, the Beach House does not allow parties or other forms of events within premises as it does not offer the appropriate infrastructure. Small, friendly gatherings up to 15 people max are of course welcome.

If you are a nature enthusiast or you are seeking for a luxurious and serene retreat location, we guarantee you that our house will surround you with its unique energy to an unforgettable experience.
The garden has direct access to a beautiful and quiet beach. The beach is located to the right end of a beautiful gulf. At the left end of the gulf (MAX. 10mins walking) there are organized beach bars, which provide for beach sport facilities and are children friendly (kids swimming pool & children activities). The Beach House is located in the middle of a coast line called the Ammolofoi. Beautiful white sand and clean waters. You can find numerous beach bars and restaurants for various tastes along this coast line. Driving distance max. 20 mins. In 5 mins driving distance there is Nea Peramos Village where you can find restaurants, bars, snack bars, supermarket and pharmacies. Kavala is 30 mins driving distance.
