The Cactus apartmnemt is a one-piece 26m2 apartment with separate small kitchen and spacious bathroom. It gives access to a large 13m2 private and sunny veranda with impressive view to Lycabettus hill. Although located in a vibrant district, just meters away from the Exarcheia square, the studio is extremely calm and the veranda noise-free. The interior is decorated in white and the cactus is the discrete theme. It contains a table for 2 persons, a sofa and a double bed with extra comfortable matress with memory foam. The wardrobe has capacity for the clothes of 2 persons. Smart TV set with public channels and Netflix available. You may turn the TV face to the bed or the sofa. The kitchen is small but fully operational, you may find a 4star fridge, a Nespresso machine, coffee and tea maker, water boiler, pan, caseroles, drinking glasses and plates, olive oil, sugar, salt, pepper. 12.000BTU Airconditioner 2018 Bathroom Spacious bathroom with high quality shampoo and shower gel wall dispenser. One body and one face towel per person available. Extra toilette paper, 2000w hair dryer and washing machine with detergent and softener. Veranda with sunbeds, table for 2 with chairs.
