Due to the wide stone walls, the strong insulation of the stone roof and the advanced ventilation system with heat recovery makes the interior temperature stay cool in summer and warm in winter. It is also equipped with advanced air conditioning and a modern high efficiency stove so you don't have to worry too much about the outside conditions.
