My name is Konstantinos, and together with my sisters Georgia and Rena, we welcome you to our beautifully restored Fabrica. The rich history of our great-grandfather Giorgis Benioudakis awaits you to unravel it, as the building was once the family’s olive mill, with the presses and millstones thoughtfully incorporated into various parts of the house.
