It is a two-storey residence of 380 sqm in the area of Prasas in Heraklion, Crete with unlimited view to the sea. It has an outdoor area with a large swimming pool and a garage. Inside, it has a living room, dining room, kitchen, utility room, elevator, 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms and playground. The house has large comfortable, well equipped spaces and a large swimming pool with jacuzzi. It is 7 minutes from the airport, the port and the center of Heraklion and 5 minutes from the sea by car. It is suitable for rest and tranquility.
It is a quiet neighborhood with olive trees. Nearby, there is α small church and a café.
