The Tiny Dependance is ideal for a couple. The house has 4 semi-levels made out of wood and stone featuring an open roof. Living room on the first, kitchen on the second, bathroom on the third and loft bedroom on the fourth. The living room, kitchen and loft are all in one open space. Stone stairs will bring you to the kitchen from where wooden stairs comfortable to use will take you to the loft. The grass, plants and trees in the garden offer the perfect shade to have your breakfast.
The house is equipped with all the comforts of a home. Featuring one queen size bed at the loft which is an anatomic-orthopedic high quality foam mattress with independent pocket springs. Both mattress and pillows are made of hypoallergenic and eco-friendly materials in Greece. Among other amenities conscious cotton bed linen and towels will be provided. In the living space you will find a handmade futon sofa. The tiny also features AC, fan, WiFi, laundry machine, induction hobs, hairdryer, iron and a Nespresso coffee machine.
Before you book please be aware that this is a tiny house and therefore everything has been scaled-down as such. Although, on the loft you will be able to stand on one side, since the ceiling is steeply sloped you'll not be able to stand on the bed. In addition, due to the multiple levels this tiny dependance is not recommended for small children risking to fall from the loft or the stairs.
The patio entrance and the garden are shared with the owner and co-host!
We are a Greek-Italian family that love to have guests over and share the beauty of this precious island!

Walkable distance:
Although, very close to the center the Tiny dependance is nested near the forest at the edge of Argostoli from which you can walk, run or bike through on a beautiful path along the tree-line shore. The path passes from Katavothres mill from where you can observe a unique geological phenomena. The seawater flows inland coming in through the fractures in the limestone rocks of the shore only to emerge two weeks later on the other side of the island as fresh filtered water in the cave of Melissani, in Sami. Next stop along the path is the lighthouse of Saint Theodoroi or as we call it 'Fanari' of Argostoli from where you will enjoy the sunset. On the way back you can stop by the Memorial of the Acqui Division, build in the memory of 632 Italian soldiers executed by the Nazis on September 23rd 1943. All along the path you can swim just be prepared to encounter sea urchins and the occasional sea turtle.
The house is situated among the old wooden house cabins built after the distraction that brought the earthquakes of 1953. Finally, only minutes away is the harbor of Maistratos from where the new pedestrian and bike paths start, passing along the nautical school, the harbor from where the ferry to Luxuri leaves and towards the many restaurants and bars.
