Kea also known as Tzia, is a beautiful Cycladonian island and a popular destination thanks to its diverse landscape and its rich historical tradition. Just an hour from the harbour of Lavrio, it is easily accessible for short getaways as well as longer holidayas, it is an ideal destination for all of you who are looking for a special experience.

The apartment has a large living room with a fully equipped open plan kitchen, a bedroom with a queen bed and a desk, a second bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom with a shower, hairdryer and toiletries. The house is located on the first floor of a two-storey building, with a large balcony where you can sit and enjoy the view. Please note: You will need to step down or climb steps to get to the house.

It is located in the upper part of Ioulis, just a 10-minute walk from the famous statue of Leo. To get to the house, you can go to the upper part of Ioulis, where there is a public parking lot, walk and go down some stairs, about 8 minutes distance or you can park at the bottom of Ioulis and walk up. Please note: You will need to step down or climb steps to get to the house
