THEA Sea view Luxury Living, is a fully renovated bioclimatic - smart home that was completed in spring 2024. It is located 300 meters from the beach. The residence offers a sunny terrace with a garden and a view of the sea and the mountain. The property includes 2 large bedrooms with a king size and a double bed, 1 spacious bathroom with free toiletries, hairdryer and washing-dryer, 1 large Living Room – Dining room which has a sofa that becomes a double bed, as well as a fully equipped kitchen with all appliances and household equipment. The property provides air conditions throughout, a large terrace and a courtyard overlooking the Messinian Gulf, as well as free private parking and WiFi. All rooms have a TV-TV. Towels and bed linen are provided.. Baby cot available on request. Smoking is not allowed indoors. Pets are not allowed. Parties and/or events are not allowed. Guests must observe quiet hours which are between 15:00 - 17:30 and 23:00 - 07:00.
