The apartments are private with a fully equipped kitchen : stove, sink and a big refrigerator. Full private bathroom with a shower Free WIFI - 100mbs (since 2021), ideal for digital nomads. House rules: - Τhe hours of public nuisance are 15:00 p.m - 18:00 p.m. and 00:00 a.m - 9:00 p.m - Children up to 12 years old are welcome. - Pets not permitted. - Please keep windows and doors closed when the airconditioning or heating are running. - Please do not throw any paper in the toilets.

My name is Theodora and I born in Agios Nikolaos, Mani Peninsula. I run "Theodora Apartments" the last 35 years. I enjoy trips, experiencing new cultures, and listening to some good music. My role is based on what I care the most: planning smooth daily operations with attention to details, with an aim to deliver my best self and connecting with guests by sharing my knowledge of Messenia and especially Mani Peninsula . With comfort and hospitality as key elements of "Theodora Apartments", my goal is to offer a relaxing, carefree and - most importantly - an unforgettable stay. I believe that every Greek host must provide the famous "greek hospitality" that characterizes us as a nation since ancient times. I therefore believe the essence of travel is 'good value'.
