Modern Cycladic maisonette in the traditional settlement of Aliki, near the sea. The house is located in a residential complex and consists of two floors. On the ground floor there are two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds. On the same floor, there is a spacious bathroom, the laundry room and two large verandas, one at the front of the house and the other at the back. With internal stairs, we are led to the upper floor, which consists of a spacious living room, kitchen, wc and a large balcony with sea views. In the house you will find a/c , TV, WiFi and private parking space.
The house is located in the center of the seaside village of Aliki, a breath away from the sea (2 minutes walk) and very close to a variety of options where you can find taverns, cafes, bars, shops and super markets. Within a 5-minute drive is the famous beach of Faragas. The airport is just 7 minutes away as well as the port of Pounda, where you can take the boat to Antiparos. The main town of the island, Paroikia and the port are 12 minutes away by car, while the famous Naoussa is only 20 minutes away. The village of Aliki is famous for its quietness and traditional food.
