Relax in this calm, elegant apartment, which is located very close to Rafina Port and about 20' by car from Athens International Airport. Listen to the sound of the sea and the breeze through the pine trees, just a few steps from "Marikes" beach. The apartment has been recently renovated to serve the needs of its guests. It has, among others: - two new single beds with new mattresses that can be joined and become a large double bed as well as a sofa that converts into a large single bed - an electric cooker with oven, refrigerator, a small gas stove for greek coffee, kettle, toaster and all necessary kitchenware for preparing meals - a hair dryer, as well as shampoo and shower gel for bathing - air conditioning in the bedroom, free Wi-Fi and Smart TV in the living room - comfortable chairs and table on the spacious veranda to enjoy breakfast or lunch – the colors of the sunrise and the moonlight are unique there! Parking is very easy as there is plenty of space in front of the house. Within a very short walking distance, there are mini markets with all the necessities while on the beach there is a canteen with umbrellas and sunbeds serving coffee, drinks and snacks daily from morning until late at night.
