Exochi Traditional Houses is a complex of four houses with spectacular views of Parikia Bay, built according to the traditional Cycladic architecture and equipped with all modern amenities. It is located in Krotiri, a quiet residential area on the outskirts of Parikia, 3km from the town center (vehicle recommended) and just 500m from the magnificent and wind-sheltered sandy beach of Martselo.

Property information

I was born and raised in Paros, where I have lived ever since with my wife and our two daughters. A few years ago, we decided to renovate the property where my grandmother lived. Our main desire was to create modern comfort while maintaining the traditional elements. We will be happy to host you at our property.

Neighbourhood information

Krotiri is a quiet residential area, 3km from the port and the traditional settlement of Parikia, where you can enjoy the tranquility of nature while being close to shops, restaurants, nightlife, banks and supermarkets (5 minutes by car, 30 minutes on foot). The nearest beach is Martselo, one of the best in Paros, which is a long , wind-sheltered sandy beach with crystal clear water, just a 10-minute walk from the house.
