Ideally located near sandy shores, the Villa invites you to unwind under the island sun. Complete with Pool & Children's compartment, BBQ, Playground, 4 bedrooms & 4.5 bathrooms, the private Villa delivers an unforgettable island experience in sophisticated style. *TreeTop Villa I is part of the exclusive TreeTop Villas complex, consisting of two independent villas, each offering complete privacy with separate entrances, pools, and individual facilities. External Living | Private Pool, BBQ & Outdoor Dining Set within a lush 700m² outdoor sanctuary, TreeTop Villa I boasts a generous 50m² private swimming pool (1.40m depth, non-heated), complete with a shallow children’s compartment (4.25x2m & 0.40m depth), making it ideal for safe family enjoyment. An elegant, shaded dining area and charcoal BBQ (with outdoor sink) set the stage for unforgettable al fresco meals. The 180m² lawn-covered area invites outdoor relaxation, while younger guests will be thrilled with the outdoor playground, complete with a wooden house, slide, swings, and assorted toys. The villa accommodates up to 8 guests in real beds, with room for 2 additional guests in folding beds in the upper-floor bedrooms, bringing the maximum capacity to 10 guests.
