Unique two bedroom holiday house only 100 meters from the beach, located in the famous seaside resort of Platanias, Chania. Enjoy your holidays in Crete in a cozy house built in traditional Cycladic (Myconian) style. The house consists of two bedrooms: a master bedroom with a large queen bed and another bedroom with two single beds. The house also has a living room (flat screen TV, sofa, tables), air-conditioning, a fully-equipped kitchen, a dining table, and a bathroom with all amenities, including a bathtub, sink, and washing machine. The house has its own private entrance with a staircase from the side. It has two bedrooms, thus would be ideal for 3-4 people. The house also has a combined living room and kitchen / dining area and one bathroom. The sofa bed in the living room is comfortable and could accommodate an additional person. The house is ideal for families with kids or couples, but everyone is welcome! The house also has its own backyard garden with aloe trees, as seen in the photos. Guests have that area at their full disposal, as it is not shared with anyone else. Suggestions include eating dinner, sunbathing during the day, or just relaxing there.

The sandy beach is just a 3 minute walk from the house. Apart from that, there are many shops in the area, such as restaurants, cafés, bars, supermarkets, pharmacies, and doctors' offices. The Old Harbour of Chania is 8km away and easily reachable via bus. There is both a bus stop and a taxi stand 10 meters from the house, with buses running on only 15 minute intervals. Further suggestions include day-trips to the Samaria Gorge nature reserve, the world-reknowned for their beauty Elafonissi and Mpalos beaches, as well as the museums of Chania located in the Old Town.

The master bedroom has its own small balcony, which faces to the front side and has views of the main road and the hill of the traditional village of Platanias. The balcony has a seating area with chairs and a round table. It enjoys views of the hustle and bustle of the touristy resort of Platanias and is ideal for having breakfast and people watching. Please view the photos to get an idea. The house is located in the centre of the Platanias resort area, one of the most famous places in Western Crete. There are many shops in the area, including multiple supermarkets, pharmacies, cafes, bars, beach bars, restaurants, and even playgrounds for children. The house is located just 100 meters from the beach and has seaside views. There is both a bus stop and a taxicab stand just down the road from the apartment (20m). Τhe bus to the city centre of Chania runs very frequently, every 15min, and the bus line runs along the coastline. There is also another taxicab stand in the main plaza of Platanias, around 150 meters from the house.
