Ευρύχωρο διαμέρισμα σε διπλοκατοικία με απεριόριστη θέα στο υπέροχο καταπράσινο όρος Καλιακούδα. Το διαμέρισμα βρίσκεται σε κομβικό σημείο του Καρπενησίου, στο χωριό Νέο Δερμάτι, δίπλα στο Νέο Μικρό και Μεγάλο Χωριό. Είναι μόλις 1 λεπτό από τον κεντρικό δρόμο Καρπενησίου-Προυσού. Βρίσκεται δίπλα στον ποταμό Καρπενησιώτη. Το διαμέρισμα είναι περίπου 70τμ, με τρία υπνοδωμάτια και δυο μπάνια, που φιλοξενούν έως 6 άτομα. Είναι πλήρως εξοπλισμένο και ανακαινισμένο πρόσφατα. Εξαιρετικό για οικογένεια!
