Απέχει 5 λεπτά από την θάλασσα, 10 λεπτά με αυτοκίνητο από το κέντρο της πόλη. Το σπίτι είναι ισόγειο, διαθέτει δύο υπνοδωμάτια, ένα μπάνιο, ένα ευρύ και φωτεινό σαλόνι με θέα στη θάλασσα.
