The villa is a wondeful 100sq. meters house right near to the beach of a beautiful village called Nikiti, the main village in Sithonia, Halkidiki. The house has an astonishing view and a cute garden with a BBQ ready to host some fun summer nights for your family and friends! The house is cleaned by professional cleaners right before a new arrival. There is a new WiFI installed with a 24Mpps speed, a fully equipped kitchen and air-conditioning in all the rooms of the house.
