Shortlisted for the Mies Van Der Rohe 2009 Awards and cited in various architectural magazines, Villa 7 is a two-storey, 300 m2 property, able to accommodate up to 8 guests, and up to 9 if necessary. Fully private, but conveniently close to everything, Villa 7 offers all that the contemporary traveller is looking for. Outdoors, a series of surrounding trees and landscaped gardens embrace the villa. A rare olive tree is located on the lower level garden which is over 1000 years old. It expresses art in nature through all the shapes and figures that the guest can discover on the olive tree’s trunk. It’s a must see sculpture of time that embraces life and strength. Furthermore, the exterior of Villa 7 features several facilities, which include: -A private 40 m2 eco-pool with hydromassage (depth: 0,70 cm - 1,60 m). The pool can also be heated upon advance request for the entire stay, with an additional charge. -The pool terrace offers 6 sun beds, 2 chaise longues, 3 umbrellas, bean bag loungers, a hammock and an outdoor shower for your comfort. -Concrete-designed charcoal barbecue with an outdoor sink. -Two outdoor dining tables that seat 8 guests are available, ideal for al fresco dining. -Parking space for up to two cars inside the villa premises. Accommodation cost excludes Climate Resilience Tax. The amount for the accommodation type is set at 15 euros per night from April to October and 4 euros per night from November to March, payable upon check-in.

Neighbourhood information

Villa-7 is located in the quiet and residential area of Perivolia, off the center of Chania. The wider area is covered with vineyards, orchards, olive and citrus trees. In a couple of minutes of walking distance, you can find a mini market and the popular restaurant “Antikristo” famous for its Cretan cuisine. Downtown Chania and its cosmopolitan Venetian harbor is just a 10-minute drive. The popular Chrysi Akti beach with its golden sand and shallow waters is also a 10-minute drive. Therisso Gorge, famous both for its historicity and for its wild beauty is also at close reach.
