On the south side of Rethymno, in an idyllic location with a panoramic view of the Libyan sea, there is an extremely high standard property, with absolute privacy, VILLA 7SEAS. Its unique architectural aesthetics, the quality of construction materials, the careful decoration and the luxurious equipment meet the expectations of your vacation in the best way. With a total area of 270 m², it comfortably accommodates up to eight people in four bedrooms, has a large 50 m² swimming pool and is only 600 m from the famous beach of southern Crete, Schinaria. Relax, discover, feel and dream in a house - jewel, with one of the most impressive views of the island. - Εvents are allowed upon request for up to 100 guests with additional charges. - The pool can be heated on request for extra charge 50euro per day and it requires at least one-week's advance notice. - The house may accommodate one pet up to 10 kg. - Dangerous breed dogs are not allowed. An environmental fee (15 euro per night from March–October, 4 euro per night from November–February) applies by law. This fee is not included in your booking total and will be collected separately upon arrival. Quiet Hours: Summer (Apr 1 – Sep 30): 15:00–17:30 & 23:00–07:00 Winter (Oct 1 – Mar 31): 15:30–17:30 & 22:00–07:30 Please be informed that the pool at the villa will be operational from April 1st to November 30th
