Established in 2016, Villa Aegina is a family run business located in Livadi, one of the most magnificent areas in the island. Only 40 minutes away from Athens, Aegina is the perfect getaway destination whether you are accompanied by business partners, family or friends. Build by the sea, only 5 meters away from a beautiful sand beach, Villa Aegina commands breathtaking views of picturesque sights and some of the most spectacular sunsets in Greece.
Villa Aegina has a surface of 290 sq m and an occupancy up to 8 quests. It consists of four master bedrooms with king size beds and private bathrooms. It also has a fifth room with a private bathroom, usually used for a housekeeper. Its main unit consists of a fully equipped, contemporary kitchen, an elegant and bright living room, a dining room and a guest WC. All units are air conditioned and feature a 50inches flat-screen TV with satellite channels. Free WiFi is featured throughout the property and free private parking is available on site. Free toiletries and bed linens are also provided. Alarm and safety systems are in place. Housekeeping including change of linens twice a week is provided, while daily maid service is available upon request. In our Villa you will enjoy a unique experience of comfort, autonomy and luxury.
