VILLA LAYOUT On the ground floor you will find an open-plan living area, featuring a fully equipped kitchen, a dining area with table and chairs and a lounge with comfy sofas(including a sofa-bed) and TV/DVD, CD PLAYER. Also on this floor is a separate shower room with toilet. Large glass patio doors lead out from the living area onto the terrace, BBQ area and private pool. On the 1st floor are the two bedrooms: one double with en suite shower room and one twin with en suite bathroom with shower over.(we offer a cot too). French doors lead out from both of the bedrooms onto a balcony where you can enjoy the views down to the beach and the sea. The beautiful fully landscaped garden offers a private freshwater swimming pool with sunbeds.

The pretty village of Skala is set above a very long golden beach on the south Kefalonia. Skala's Blue Flag beach has a 3 km of sand and shingle beach backed by a small wood of pine trees. There are cafes, tavernas, and snack bars alongside the beach and a water sports center offering an array of water sports and fun rides. Sunbeds and sun umbrellas are also available for hire. If you prefer more seclusion, quieter areas can be found by walking along the shoreline.
