MINIMUM RESERVATION ONE WEEK. Villa Amalteia with stunning sea views overlooking North Evoia island is an elegant and refined 3 floor villa which sits in an estate of 3 acres of designed gardens, 50 meters from the beach. Situated in the vibrant area between Theologos and Kamena Vourla offering panoramic sea and mountain views is the ultimate Greek holiday experience. Nearby famous monasteries, trekking paths, hiking trails,, nature and wildlife areas. Ideal for medical and wellness tourism with world renowned hot springs and thermal spas famous for their rare composition of minerals, salts and radon (good for arthritis, asthma, skin, etc.) Athens airport and city of Athens is within reach, 90 minutes distance. The villa has 3 kitchens, 2 living rooms. Guests also have the use of outside barbecue in a natural zen environment.
Across from the beach, vibrant life with world class fantastic beach bars, night clubs, bars and restaurants of all kind within a range of 5-10 minutes; famous monastery and other attractions. Beach is in front of the house but also close to nice beaches, restaurants and night clubs within 5-10 minutes. Right behind there is a beautiful mountain offering amazing hiking , trekking paths.
