A lovely Beach house with 2 floors, 90 sq.m. interior area, plus the balcony with a dining table, situated in front of a beach with sea view with a nice common garden and space. Newly built in 2019, with 3 bedrooms (2 beds 160 width with Hokkasen mattresses, 2 beds 140 width). Two bathrooms, one with bathtub and a washing machine, one with shower. A nice kitchen, fully equipped with oven, stovetop, microwave, sandwich/panini press grill, toaster, espresso coffee machine (one for nespresso capsules, and one for ground coffee), filter coffee and dishwasher. Dinning area indoor and outdoor, living room with a sofa that can turn into a comfortable bed, a 55" TV in the living room, two 43" TVs in the bedrooms (all TVs have Netflix). Fireplace in the living room. Sea view from the sitting area. Reserved space on the beach for Villa Ambrosia guests, with sun umbrella and four sunbeds.
I am an architect / civil engineer, my office is in Volos, Greece. I have designed and constructed the villa complex in Platanidia, where Villa Ambrosia is.
Beach with small rocks and sand a few meters from the house. Nice sunset view from the beach. Lovely common area, ideal for children to play. It is close to Volos enough to have an urban bus connection. There is a beach bar/cafe 150 m away, a fish tavern 300 m away, and many more taverns/restaurants are on the nearby villages. A Bakery, a Grocery/Small Market and a Butcher shop is 1.5 km away, a supermarket is 3.4 km away and bigger supermarkets are 6.4 km (MyMarket) and 7.1km (Lidl) away. Public urban transport to Volos city (Bus n. 5 - Platanidia) A tavern and a cafe in walking distance.
