Property information

Villa Asimenia is located in Agia Triada / Rethymno on the Greek island of Crete. This detached vacation rental property is airconditioned and sleeps up to 12 people with 5 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms along with private swimming pool. The villa is set on 3 levels. The main access is at pool level with a living room, fully equipped kitchen, dining area, twin bedroom and bathroom with shower. The upper floor has master suite with en suite and balcony. There is also a double bedroom with en suite and a further twin bedded room with en suite and terrace. The ground floor, accessed via an internal staircase and opening straight to the gardens has the 5th bedroom (twin) with en suite bathroom. As per BeachVillas’s Terms and Conditions, all groups of travellers under the age of 25 years are required to pay the Refundable Security Deposit (RSD). The RSD is 150 EUR per person, and covers each traveller provide against damages and breakages. In case of any damages or breakages, BeachVillas will have the right to use the sufficient amount to cover the costs of replacements and repairs. Providing nothing is broken the full amount is refunded to the traveller after their departure.
