Η βίλα Cassiopeia βρίσκετε στη Νικητή Χαλκιδική και συγκεκριμένα στη δυτική πλευρά των 2500 μέτρων παραλία της και μόλις 40 μέτρα από την παραλιακή οδός .Είναι ένα συγκρότημα δυο ξεχωριστών βιλών που φιλοξενεί μέχρι 8 άτομα η κάθε μια ,με ιδιωτική πισίνα και κήπο .Η θέα προς την θάλασσα μαγεύει τον επισκέπτη ενώ οι παροχές δεν είναι λιγότερο από μια πολυτελή βίλα .

Η βίλα βρίσκεται στην Νικητη ένα παλιό παραδοσιακό χωριό που με το χρόνο μετατρέπεται σε ένα μοντέρνο τουριστικό θέρετρο .Για αυτό για από την μια παρέχει τα γραφικά σοκάκια του παλιού χωριού και την διασκέδαση της από την άλλη η παραλία της με όλα τα εμπορικά μαγαζιά της δηλαδή εστιατόρια ,bar ,boutique και Έρη διασκέδασης για τα παιδιά . Η Νικητη παρέχει supermarket,ταχυδρομείο ,τράπεζες και ότι άλλο χρειάζεται ο επισκέπτης .Απέχει 400 από το λιμάνι και τα πρώτα εμπορικά μαγαζιά της (bar”Haven “ “Remezo”-Restaurant “Marina’s hotel “)
