The villa features three spacious double bedrooms—one with an en-suite bathroom, another with a balcony, and the third with a large veranda. All rooms are designed for comfort and relaxation, ensuring a cozy stay. Surrounded by a 1200 sqm estate with Mediterranean trees, a large private garden, and a refreshing pool with a water jet jacuzzi, the villa provides complete privacy with no neighbors nearby. The outdoor space includes a BBQ, wood fire oven, and ample room for family gatherings. Its prime location makes exploring Rhodes easy—close to beautiful beaches, charming villages, and popular attractions, while just 15km from both the airport and the city center.
Villa Costazia is ideally located in the tranquil Traounou area, between Afandou and Faliraki on Rhodes' beautiful east coast. Just 20 km (approx. 25 minutes) from Rhodes International Airport, the villa offers easy access to key attractions.
