Villa Daphni is a detached vacation rental property located in Gerani, Crete. Villa Daphni can sleep up to 8 people with 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Offers air-conditioning and Free Wi-Fi. Enjoy your own private pool with barbecue and sea views. On the ground floor there is: large lounge with fireplace, fully fitted kitchen, a dining area opening onto a veranda overlooking the pool, the garden and views towards the olive groves, mountains and the sea beyond. Also on the ground floor is the master double-bedroom and bathroom. On the 1st floor are: three further bedrooms (2 twin and 1 double) and 2 bathrooms. The villa is situated within well tended gardens. As per BeachVillas’s Terms and Conditions, all groups of travellers under the age of 25 years are required to pay the Refundable Security Deposit (RSD). The RSD is 150 EUR per person, and covers each traveller provide against damages and breakages. In case of any damages or breakages, BeachVillas will have the right to use the sufficient amount to cover the costs of replacements and repairs. Providing nothing is broken the full amount is refunded to the traveller after their departure.
