Bright, stylish Villa with easy indoor and outdoor living, a lovely, vast garden a spa whirlpool (not heated) and a private swimming pool. The stunning Villa Elaida boasts a wonderful position with grand views of the countryside, close to the sandy beach and small town Panormo (5min driving), classified as one of the most beautiful seaside locations in Rethymno and with many delightful villages to discover nearby. The Villa can accommodate up to 26 guests and is located within 200 metres from the centre of Perama town, where you will find big super markets, pharmacies, banks, taverns and all essentials for your daily needs! Pool operates seasonally (end of March - middle of November) Air-conditioning in all areas is included & serves for heating purposes also Smoking is allowed only outdoors. No pets allowed No events allowed Climate Resilience Fee A 15,00/night/villa tax (subject to change) isn’t included in booking prices. It must be paid in euros at check-in to your Host.

Villa Elaida is located in Perama town which is within 5 minutes walking distance to everything that you might need like shops, bakery, grocery store, butcher’s, taverns, cafes, supermarkets, ATM machines, pharmacies, gas stations and post office. Also Panormo, is a friendly sea side village, 10 minutes away by car and well known for its sandy beaches. The two main beaches are Limanaki and Limni. Both of them are sandy with clear blue water and ideal for kids, The beaches are organised and equipped with sun beds & umbrellas. Water sports are also available. The village has all the facilities and amenities one would need : well-stocked mini-markets, post office, pharmacy, a doctor’s office, a butcher's shop, bakery (hot, fresh bread every morning from 9 am), various gift shops and traditional seaside shops at very reasonable prices.
