Property that belongs to the family of my husband for over 3 generations, it is a village house typical of the region, newly renovated, combining the authenticity of the stone and a wooden ceiling (exposed beams), with furniture a bit more contemporary. The house is perfect for holidays with family or friends as in the bottom floor there is a living room-kitchen and a room contiguous to the living room which has 2 beds with possibility of uniting them and forming a bed of 1.80 width. Upstairs you can see a bathroom equipped with a shower and a bedroom with a double bed of 1.50 width. This room overlooks a shaded terrace.

Lithines,a typical Cretan village surrounded by olive groves, is located in the East of Crete, between the seaside area "Makry Gialos" in the South (about 10 km) and the charming Sitia in the North (25 km). In the heart of this beautiful village you will find "Villa Eleni", of which I am the manager. There is a mini market in the village, which usually also operates on Sundays. Near the house is the tavern "KAMARES" where you can taste traditional Cretan dishes or enjoy your breakfast or coffee. There is regular bus service on the Sitia - Ierapetra route 8 times a day. Having a car will make it much easier for you to reach the nearby beaches and attractions.
