It is a two-storey villa of 160 sq. m., with swimming pool, near the sea, fully harmonized with the natural environment, which can offer you the comfort, relaxation and privacy you need for your vacation. It is located in the Gerani area of ​​the prefecture of Rethymno, just 300 m from the sea. Access to all the cities of Crete but also to the points of interest of the island are very easy, through the main road, which is only 200 m from the villa. Villa Ellovos has four bedrooms, equipped with side and single beds, which can comfortably accommodate up to nine people, three bathrooms, open plan living room and dining room and a fully equipped kitchen with its own dining table. - The house may accommodate one pet up to 10 kg. - Dangerous breed dogs are not allowed. -The Εnvironmental fee 15 euro per night from March to October and 4 euro per night from November to February is mandated by the Greek government and applies to all visitors from January 1, 2024 who staying in accommodations in Greece. It contributes to environmental conservation efforts on the island, including waste management and sustainability initiatives.
