Our love and devotion to family and nature led us build this house in a natural environment 6 years ago. As it is our first time dealing with worldwide guests, we will do our best to enjoy your stay to the fullest.

Property information

Villa Elva is an independent, luxurious 280 m2 villa located in a 6 acres property enclosured with a 2 -meter height stone fence. The villa offers 3 bedrooms, a master one, with a king-size bed, a shower and a hydromassage column. The other two bedrooms consist of an upstairs internal attic where you can find a king-size bed, whereas downstairs there is sofa-bed and a desk. There is also a big bathroom with a bath, a WC and a laundry room. A big living-dining room with a big internal attic offering a desk, two sofa-beds and nice view both of the city of Nafplio and Palamidi Castle. The house has a spacious and fully equipped kitchen. Outdoors you can find a 50 m2 pool, a BBQ, a gas stove, 2 dining tables, a living room, a WC and a shower, as well. In the surrounding area of the property you can find olive trees and fruit-bearing trees which you can relish. There is also a roof sheltered parking area suitable for 4 cars and a small church. For your own safety, the outer space of the house is monitored by surveillance system, which can be controlled by an interior monitor. In coordination with us some of them may be deactivated.

Villa Elva is located in a quiet district, even if it is at 4km distance from the city center, with a spectacular view of the Palamidi Castle. The area is ideal for those seeking for calmness in combination with luxury. It is at about 5 minutes’ distance by car to the nearest beach. Moreover, there are a lot of Archaeological sites in the surrounding areas (Tiryns, Mycenae, Epidaurus, Ancient Theatre of Argos e.t.c). The villa is about 800 meters away the main road from where urban and long-distance transportation pass through and connects Nafplion with Argos and Athens.
